Motonako.A, 多謝哂妳個食譜呀！我睇到其中一張將個 muffin 切開 嘅相，個 textur e 果然好鬆！ 我最近都 喺唔同 嘅 blog度搵答案，點解個 muffin 會唔鬆呢？有網友就話佢用電動打蛋器攪拌就好鬆，用手攪拌就變到好光滑；另外一 啲網友就話千祈唔好攪拌太耐，一混合好就要停手。妳覺得呢？ 係呢，其實如果整香蕉 muffin、香蕉 cup cake 同一般香蕉蛋糕有乜分別呢？
