從未如此正斗過.....天使蛋糕 (附食譜)

天使蛋糕又名蛋白蛋糕,


前陣子一窩蜂個個都話要整嘅時候.....我卻沒有太大的反應,


到過晒氣嘅時候我卻心思思想去整,


襯之前放愎活節有成個星期假.....


見用全蛋白...材料又簡單又健康仲超容易做添,


咁又点可以唔試吓做至得架!


放兩隻雞仔上去應吓節先......



係綿花糖嚟架......仲有朱古力做底,



蛋糕超軟熟....仲白雪雪,


相當吸引.....一出爐巳經忍唔住先咬一口,


真係從未如此正斗過呢.....



少爺仔不愛 cream.....


單是這樣食巳經超好味,


加杯茶就簡直超滿足添喇!





材料: ( 8吋模)

















蛋白


10隻



120克 (愛甜可加至150克)


低筋麵粉


120克


檸檬汁


適量















做法:


1.


將蛋白打發(中速大約六分鐘),糖分3次加入白蛋中,打至企身。


2.


加入已篩麵粉拌勻,再加入檸檬汁。


3.


用160 C or 320 F 焗50分鐘即成。

Almond Blue Berries Muffin

The best homemade muffins I ever had....



Blue berries muffin.....



Blue berries muffins with chocolate chips.....


My kids love it.....



Add some almonds on top if you like......

Look at that yummy fresh blue berries.....



Ready to share those delicious muffins with my friends.

I like the almond blue berries favor the most.......

Original Recipe from 獨角仙

Ingredients:


Butter                              200 g


Sugar                               100 g


Honey                             120 g


Egg                                  4 Pc


Vanilla                             As needed


Cake Flour                      260 g


Bread Flour                      180 g


Baking Powder               6 g


Baking Soda                   4 g


Salt                                   2 g


Plain Yogurt                    120 g


Whopping Cream          120 g


Fresh blue berries            As needed


Chocolate chips             As needed


Almonds                          As needed


Method:


Cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.  Mix in all wet ingredients.


Then  fold in all dry ingredients


Stir in the ( as needed ingredients) gently so that they will not break.


Bake at 360 F until brown, about 20 mins.

Cherry Blossom Festival 2011

一年一度的日本櫻花節吸引不少從四方八面一擁而來的遊人,

而我們這一家亦一擁而至來參加這一年一度的勝事,

大小姐及少爺仔更是樂在其中......



一到步少爺仔巳被街檔的美食所吸引......

狂叫好肚餓呀.....



少爺仔同大小姐被不少日本途人認出他是模倣日本漫畫的
Naruto.....Sasuke 呀!

响樹大叫 Naruto.....Sasuke添呀,

攪到佢哋鬼 C 咁開心。

扮得似....有人認同....又真係幾開心嘅!

不枉我哋咁花心思去製作呢兩套衫喇.......



似架仔嘛?



咪以為有得食.......係 soap 嚟架!

造得相當神似.....攪到少爺仔又再次肚餓添。





沿途見倒好多日本人模倣她們的偶像.....

真係好貴呀.......

每次大小姐同少爺仔都响呢樹睇到唔願走......

仲次次都買噃幾本至肯收手呢!





結果皆大歡喜......

人人有斬獲呢!

芝士波波改良版

It's fun and easy to make this cheese ball with your kids...


Must try.......

食譜

 

材料:(可做48個)

 

木薯粉                                                              90g

糯米粉                                                              300g

牛油溶液                                                          9 tbsp

Grated Parmesan cheese                             90g   

Finely shredded Cheddar cheese                60g 

                                                                     1 1/2tsp

Cream                                                             210ml

蛋                                                                     3pcs

 

做法:



  • 先預熱焗爐 390F,


  • 將木薯粉、糯米粉、鹽、Parmesan cheese、shredded Cheddar cheese 拌勻,


  • 加入牛油溶液拌勻後,再加入已打散的蛋漿繼續拌勻,


  • 將 cream 加入,用手搓至麵團可黏在一起,


  • 將麵團搓成小波狀,放入焗爐焗15分鐘。
