
睇唔睇倒橙色一粒粒嗰啲係乜東東呢?
就係成家都鈡意食嘅三文魚呀!
平時唔係蒸就煎....
前排新嘗試加粟米...果然好味。
但食食吓又覺得悶,
所以今次又攪攪新意思喇!
就係大膽將三文魚切粒粒......
首先用鹽及胡椒粉醃一醃,
跟住上粉落鑊煎香,用索油紙索去多餘油份備用。

起鑊將巳切粒的青、橙椒、洋葱、西芹及蕃茄炒熟,
然後加入韓燒汁兜勻,

再拌入三文魚粒後兜勻上碟,
三文魚粒粒被醬汁包住....味道啱啱好!
咁就 OK 架喇......係咪好簡單呢?
出奇的好味....

今次新嘗試又成功喇.....yes!


與此同時....
焗爐亦同時運作焗叉燒.....
嘩嘩嘩......話咁快就攪掂喇!
今次焗得好香....我鈡意呀!




加埋呢個足料菜乾湯嚟潤一潤,
真係乜嘢火都下晒喇!

所以話心情靚啲........

头腦都清醒啲......

出錯機会又少啲......

結果........讚美聲又多啲囉!

好好味呀...早知我早d入嚟...連餐晏仔都慳番... ...仲要有菜乾湯...yummy...

咦!都可以試試這新方法,我煮三文魚多是蒸或煎!也煮到悶,但一家四口卻有三名哮喘病人,因此要多吃三文魚!
