再見玉子豆腐


本嚟超鐘意食玉子豆腐,
鈡意佢夠香、夠滑、夠靚.......
但有次同三家姐傾開計
佢話呢隻玉子
豆腐含超高嘅膽固醇,
一睇成份 label,嘩!.......
因為用咗好多蛋製成..........所以咁香,
但多食無益呢!
既然係咁...........無法啦!
不過点都要食埋呢次架啦..........

梅菜蒸龍利柳

芥菜豆腐湯

其实一心諗住搵倒隻正豆腐.........
之前仲冇得買,我最近先發現有咋,
点知..........!!!
唉!算啦........健康至上,
唯有............食番普通嘅滑豆腐啦。

  2. 吓...原來玉子豆腐係高卡架? 真係估唔到...不過阿寶話麻麻地鍾意(即係唔想食), 所以我都好耐無食喇...
