為了大帝們也可參與, 這個份量我用咗一個8吋及6吋的餅模,
一大一細啱啱好。
8 pcs honey graham cracker
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp plus 1 1/3 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
1 16oz sour cream
2 Mango, optional
1. Preheat oven 325F.
2. Mix cracker crumbs, butter and 1 tbsp sugar.
Press into the bottom of a 10" spring pan.
3. Beat eggs in a bowl until thick and lemon colored,
about 5 mins. Add 1 1/3 cups sugar and vanilla. Set aside.
4. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Blend
in egg mixture and sour cream. Pour into the pan.
5. Bake for 1 hour. Turn the oven off and leave cake in the
oven with the door open ajar for 1 hour. Remove cake from
the oven and let cool for 1 hour at room temperture. Add
mango on top then chill.
