Mango Cheesecake [附食譜]


大少唔 like cheesecake,

但屋企另外嗰三個卻超 like 噃!

咁就惟有等大少返咗工之後....

在我的私人空間時段來進行,

繼上次士多啤梨芝士蛋糕之後又一新嘗試,

大帝們跟我對芒果都是超級 fans,

咁就整 Mango Cheesecake 好了!

入口有种難以形容的滿足感哦!

估吓呢次少爺仔食咗幾多件???????



Mango Cheesecake


3/4  cup milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

1/2  cup original bisquick mix

2 8 oz packages cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch
   cubes, softened

Topping

1 cup sour cream

2  tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

1 Mango (cut in a small cubes)


~Preaheat oven 350F, Grease a 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray.

~Combine milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and bisquick in a blender.
  Cover and blend on high speed for 15 seconds.

~Add cream cheese, cover and blend for 2 minutes longer, or
  ubtil smooth.  pour into the pie plate.

~Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center
  comes out clean.  Cool at room temperature for 1 hour.  Refrigerate
  until chilled, at least 2 hours.

To prepare the topping,

~Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla in a 
  small bowl and stir until blended. 

~Spread on top of the completely cooled cheesecake.

~Serve with mango. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.

Makes 8 servings.
