記憶中在香港的餐廳裏有种飯叫做雞皇飯..............
通常都会在中午特價時段推出,
中学時期的我都不知吃過多少次.............
但近期回港時好像未有見過雞皇飯這個名字出現過,
不知是否巳絕跡了........
又還是現香港实在有太多太多的選擇呢!
咪住..........睇真啲!!!
点解呢碟多咗啲嘢嘅???
冇錯呀...........咪就係我兒時最鈡意食嘅蒸咸魚仔囉!
喺呢度我要去到唐人埠先買得到呢!
仲要成 US$ 十幾二十蚊一磅呀!
乜唔係咸魚青菜係最平嘅咩???
昨晚剛食完炸魚柳........熱氣非常,
煲了這個竹蔗芧根馬蹄湯嚟清一清,
不用落肉煲...........全日用來當水飲,
雪凍後更是滋味無窮呢!
這一個簡單的碟头飯..............
卻教我尋回一些兒時的片段,
十分滿足的一餐啊!

香港仲有架,不過可能你黎時唔多覺呢!我有時都會食到……
