由細到大都極愛吃炸魚柳,
去麥當當亦指定要食魚柳飽.........
香港係咁........美国都係咁,
從未有变心過。
椒鹽魚柳更是我的至愛.........
但這边市面找到的椒鹽实在太不像樣,
為獨最愛在香港由細食到大的味椒鹽,
重都要呀...............
上次回港就一口氣帶了十樽回來,
相信足夠嘆到下次回港吧!
睇吓你就知乜嘢叫做皮脆肉滑呢!
做法非常簡單,
先用鹽及胡椒粉醃好魚柳,
加入少許蛋白,
黏上麵包槺........................
用中火炸至金黃色,
然後再用猛火迫出油份,
上碟再用吸油紙墊底索乾剩下的油,
灑上味椒鹽..........
再配以 tartar sauce........
立刻品嘗.............
真是人生一大快事啊!
