真係手都痕埋啦,又突然抽起條根好想食,

咪就係豉油雞囉!
都唔知点解呢排啲黃毛雞貴咗咁多???
想食、想食、好想食,
冇計啦!
想整得好味.......跟阿蘇嘅食譜就冇衰架啦!
So far 我都百試百中,
從未失手過呢!
豉油雞 食譜源自阿蘇
材料:雞一隻、薑兩片
調味料︰濃醬油(老抽)、淡醬油(生抽)、片糖四分之三塊、玫瑰露酒、水
做法:
1. 把薑和調味料下鍋煮開,再放雞
2. 用慢火煮,每隔五分鐘翻動一次,煮約四十五分鐘即成
心情勁靚呀..............
咁就梗係要甜一甜至得啦!
食埋呢個蕃薯糖水就啱啱好啦!

The chicken looks yummy ! The weather is not very good these days... rainy and cold... best to have a hot sweet dessert at night. We had "tong yuen" last night.
