Motonako.A 你好 第一次留言。我今天第一次整你個靚靚清魚旦糕,但唔知点解發唔起,是否要將d旦白打到企身才才得,因為我打到手軟都只是起泡或是用電飯煲是唔得,我用個個是可焗旦糕的電飯煲。還有想問你,我用的是微波烤焗的爐,是否一定要買用矽膠盆,還有其它可用呢?thanks[版主回覆04/27/2010 01:51:00]蛋白一定要打望企身架...不然一定發唔起, 打得太耐就会起泡架喇更加發唔起, 所以時间好緊要。我未試過用电飯煲嚟焗所以唔清楚,其實只要是入得焗爐嘅用具都可以用架!
有嘢想請教呀!我剛剛第一次用矽膠模整咗個清蛋糕,但我發覺蛋糕的底部(即沒花紋部份)顏色係熟咗的啡色,但倒出嚟個模 (即花紋部份)卻沒有啡色,係似蛋糕裡面的淡黃色,所以倒出嚟唔靚,我想問我係咪應該再焗佢耐D,或者在最後的10分鐘焗爐只用下火呢?請指教。[版主回覆07/23/2011 08:56:00]個模有冇掃層薄油呢?如果係淡黄色就應該未熟晒, 下次焗多幾分钟試吓....我未試過只用下火...所以唔知會唔會好啲。
