嘩!又開爐啦.........
今日全日喺度"蒸糕" Bell 囉!
芋头糕比蘿蔔糕易整,
但控制芋头時間要好準,
否則会太淋或太乾,
而我呢次叫做不過不失啦!
如果芋头切大粒小小就 perfect 啦!
我 double 咗份量加上用薄底盆,
所以合供蒸咗六底,
急不及待煎嚟食..........
嘩!真係不得不贊阿蘇家姐好嘢!
味道簡直係一流呀!
啱啱好!加埋 XO 醬...........
乎復何求呢!
P.S. 煎芋头糕時灑少少水上面就会特別面脆肉滑啦!
食譜:阿蘇家姐提供
芋頭糕
材料:
芋頭2斤(要泰國嗰隻) (我用嗰啲唔知边度出產)
水4杯
臘腸1斤(切粒)
瑤柱8粒(蒸左用手撕開,留番瑤柱水1杯)
蝦米半碗 (切碎)
粘米粉2杯
英粟粉1 1/4杯
澄麵 1/4杯
水2杯
做法:
1. 芋頭加五香粉炒香,
2. 臘腸,瑤柱,蝦米亦是用五香粉爆香,
3. 芋頭加入5杯水及1杯水瑤柱水煮淋,
4. 1/8杯芋頭出來壓成蓉,之後放回鑊內,然後用生抽,鹽和胡椒粉調味
5. 粘米粉,英粟粉,澄麵用2杯水開漿,然後倒在鑊內拌勻
6. 最後分兩盆8寸高盆蒸45分鐘便可.
