終於決定整芒果糯米糍....想整好耐架喇!
咁啱又買咗芒果汁添.....
嘩....一定要快手呀, 不然實比我食晒都未天光呀!
隨咗芒果之外....仲整咗紫蕃薯做餡添呀!
大家都話正暈得一陣陣呢!
包得靚靚咁攞去同親友分享.....

椰汁芒果糯米糍食譜
材 料:
1. 糯 米 粉 150 g
2. 粘 米 粉 10 g
3. 糖 60 g
4. 油 1 湯匙
5. 椰 漿 200 g
6. 芒果汁 200g
7. 椰 絲 40 g
8. 芒 果 1-2 個
製 法 :
1.糯米粉、粘米粉過篩備用。
2.將芒果汁、棷漿、 糖、油煮滾,然後慢慢沖入(1) 的 粉內,拌勻成粉糰。
3.將粉糰放在碟上, 隔水蒸 15-20 分鐘,座涼後可以包餡.
4.將適量椰絲放在碟上, 轆滿椰絲即成。

*1)可加入自己喜歡的餡料
2)將芒果汁份量改為水使可做椰汁原味糯米糍皮
3)包餡料時記緊帶上透明膠手套...不然會好黐手

原來我個食譜同你個食譜都幾似呢...不過我用鷹粟粉配糯米粉...下次我都要試下用紫薯做餡先...重有栗子茸呢...YUMMY~

How many of the sticky ball does it make in this recipe? Will the dough get harden if let it sit too long?
回覆刪除[版主回覆04/23/2010 23:48:00]It depends how big the sticky ball you are making of, I made around 12 to 15 pcs for this recipe. I always double it to make more. This is the best recipe I ever try, when the dough has formed, let the dough cool for about 20mins then you need to make it right away. You could let them sit in refrigerator up to 5 days and won't get harden.
