White Chocolate Chip cookies

These cookies are soft, chewy,
and cakey, and perfect to fill up the cookie jar.

Enough for my kids to share with their friends on fun Friday.

Best White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
3          cups all purpose flour
1          tsp. baking soda
3/4       tsp. salt
1          cups butter, softened
1          cups sugar
3/4       cup light brown sugar, packed
2          eggs
4          tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
1          pkg. (12oz) semi-sweet white (or dark) chocolate morsels

Directions:
1.  Heat oven to 375 F. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
2.  Beat butter, sugars, eggs, and Vanilla until creamy. Gradually mix in flour mixture.  Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Drop dough about 2-in apart on ungreased cookie sheets.  Bake 8-10 min. or until bottoms are browned.

Makes 5 dozen.
