What you need:
2 large potatoes (about 1 lb. 5 oz)
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper
1. Preheat the oven 375 F (190 C).
2. Cut the potatoes into chunky wedges and place in a roasting pan, in a single layer.
3. Drizzle with the oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
4. Bake the potatoes for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden and tender, shaking and turning them once or twice.
Serve the freshly cooked potato wedges with dip.
This is a pretty good snack. At least it's not deep fried.
