同学可以選擇式寫一些表揚老師的字句或信給老師,
其实無論係學生抑或老師.........
經過一年的努力.....都是須要透過表揚去得到認同,
得到鼓勵才會繼續做得更好!
我哋當然会支持喇!
兩個寶貝噚日就開始寫....寫.....寫!
之後更參與曲奇的製作過程....
認真夠晒誠意呀!
大小姐有八位老師.....
少爺仔好彩得一位.....
所以我哋足足焗咗二百幾件曲奇至夠分呀!

Mascarpone Cookies with Poppy Seeds
Ingredients:
1 | cup sugar | |
1/2 | cup butter, softened | |
1 | egg | |
1/2 | cup mascarpone cheese, softened | |
1/4 | teaspoon almond extract | |
2 1/2 | cups all-purpose flour | |
1 | teaspoon baking powder | |
1/8 | teaspoon salt | |
Sugar Poppy seeds |
Directions:
1. Combine
sugar and 1/2 cup butter in large bowl. Beat on medium speed, scraping
bowl often, until creamy.
2. Add egg, mascarpone cheese and almond
extract; continue beating until well mixed.
3. Reduce speed to low; add
flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until well mixed.
4. Divide dough in half. Wrap each half in plastic food wrap. Refrigerate until firm (at least 2 hours).
5. Heat oven to 375°F. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface,
one-half at a time (keeping remaining dough refrigerated), to 1/8-inch
thickness. Cut with 1 3/4-inch cookie cutter. Place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie
sheets.
Sprinkle cookies with with poppy seeds. Bake for 6 to 8
minutes or until edges begin to brown. Transfer to wire rack. Cool
completely.
Makes 4 1/2 dozen

回覆刪除[版主回覆05/20/2010 13:36:00]到你做咗媽咪之後都可能一樣架咋.....呢边啲学校真係好多攪作㗎!其实都唔一定要參與嘅....但好似学校到学期尾亦會有 Awards Assembly 去表揚啲有成績嘅学生, 所以我好落意咁做....大家開心嘛!
嘩嘩... ...我都好努力架... ...我又要啊.....

你真系24孝mommy,學校所有parties你都頂力參與,又時常DiY咁多精品比同學仔同老師,唔知他日我大公主出黎教書,會唔會遇到你咁窩心嘅家長呢?!

我跟咗你食譜整咗呢個cookies比我個仔帶返學校開party呀! 好多謝你! 唔知點解 , 我發覺呢個cookie放一兩日後好似仲好食喎, 啱啱出爐放涼後反而仲無咁好食. 我用咗一個豬形模加咗D rasins, 希望D小朋友會鍾意啦! 我屋企人就覺得好好食!

唔好意思, 有D嘢想急問, 希望你可以解答吓! 由於我第一次整好成功, 但第二次我自行減半份量, 做出來卻好硬, 所以, 我想比較準確一點來量度材料用量. 因為你食譜係用cup來計算糖, 牛油, 麵粉和芝士, 請問如用克(g)或安士(oz)來量度的話, 即是等於多少呢? 你們美加的食譜多數用cup, 其實很想知道你們是如何量度的.

[版主回覆10/04/2010 12:44:00]1 cup = 8 oz = 16 tablespoon 3/4 cup = 6 oz = 12 tablespoon 1/2 cup = 4 oz = 8 tablespoon 1/4 cup = 2 oz = 4 tablespoon 1/8 cup = 1 oz = 2 tablespoon 1/16 cup = 0.5 oz = 1 tablespoon Hope it can help, let me know if you have any question.
唔該晒你的回覆! 其實我上次整都係以1cup為8oz的份量去量度, 但係, 當我上網search關於1cup等於幾多g or oz時, 我發現眾說紛紜, 有D甜品網詳列各種唔同材料的1杯為幾多g or oz, 意思時唔同材料的1cup係唔一定等於8oz的, 可以差別好大. 令到我好confuse.....
回覆刪除唔好意思, 我仲有一個問題, 咁你自己做餅時又怎樣量一杯呢, 係真係搵個量杯量唔同材料的 1cup (但如芝士, 牛油等你又點用量杯?), 定係你都會用磅來量8oz就係 1cup呢? 希望唔好怪我問題多多, 因你做的甜點好正, 好多時都想跟住做, 所以問清楚一點. 謝謝!
[版主回覆10/07/2010 00:31:00]We have a standard cup measurement sell it here, so it should be very accurate ( I think is the same in Hong kong). Butter in here usually has a measurement line on outside package, I just need to cut what I want follow the line, so I never have problems on it. If they don't....I will follow the oz to weight it. I always go by oz for cheese. The chart I gave it to you before is the American standard one, it should be OK for you to follow.
