上星期的新年聚會總共做了三款甜品,
其中一款就係呢個超滑椰汁糕喇!
之前都有整過架...但未試過加淡忌簾,
見如月整得咁正...我咪又跟住試吓囉!
嘩....加咗忌簾真係滑好多呀!
連大少都話今次整得超滑呀...正!
不過我就覺得甜咗少少....
下次將糖份量減至半杯試吓先得。
我係用矽膠模嚟整架.........
用之前先用凍水冲吓個模先.....咁就好易甩模架喇!
[材料]
淡忌廉250g,
椰漿400g,
糖3/4杯,
水1杯半,
魚膠粉1湯匙半
[做法]
(1) 將淡忌廉打至企身。
(2) 糖和魚膠粉拌勻,用細煲燒滾水,將糖同魚膠粉混合料倒入,攪至完全溶解,再加入椰漿煮滾。
(3) 將煮好之椰漿倒入打好之奶油中。
(4) 預備一個大盆倒入冰塊,將盛有椰漿之盆坐於冰塊上,不停攪拌至開始凝固,倒入模中,放入雪柜雪3小時。
