今日放學後學校有 meeting,
學期都接近尾升喇......仲有五日就放假喇,
快手整咗啲美味 cookies 送比老師品嘗,
試過的朋友都經常問我用那种朱古力粒....
點解可以咁好味?
今次特登影埋 show 比大家睇吓,
帶苦味的朱古力可中和 cookies 本身的甜,
味道剛剛恰到好處....
加上採用 organic sugar.....夠晒健康!
花點心思包靚啲......
Kitty 包裝這包是送給可愛 Nanami 小女孩的,
喜歡用心去弄食物與人分享,
我會選擇用些好一點的材料,
才不會浪費所花的心機,
再花點心思在包裝上....加添一點誠意,
出來的效果往往也叫人喜出望外。
Chcolate chip raisin cookies ( yield: 4 dozen cookies)
2 1/4 cups unsifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
1 cup raisin (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 F. Stir flour with baking soda and salt, set aside.
Beat butter with sugar and brown sugar at medium speed ntil creamy.
Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time. mixing on low speed until incorporated.
Gradually blend dry mixture into creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate and raisins (if desired).
Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookies sheets.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
