大少唔多愛食雜量...........
唯獨鐘情於........花生,
市面上的大多是油炸,
要食得有保障...................
睇嚟都要自己動手了。
都成大半年冇整過,希望沒有記錯做法吧!
做法:1) 首先將48oz花生倒出,2) 掃上大約 1tsp olive油在花生上,3) 不用太多因焗的時候花生会出油。4) 預熱焗爐華氏275度,5) 焗十五分鐘,取出撈暈再焗十五分鐘,6) 如是者重復 (5) 一次,即共三次十五分鈡後,7) 轉為華氏270度,再焗十五分鐘8) 取出後立刻灑上幼鹽便可。備註: 花生要待凍後才可放入存氣罐內,可保存大約一個月。
這個花生非常易做,又沒有油炸咁熱氣..............我隨行過食两粒之外,喜歡用嚟炒家鄉小炒時又落幾粒,生炒糯米飯食嗰陣又放幾粒.............煮乜乜物物時又.............總知就用途多多喺啦!不過見倒大少開心嗰個样.................(好似細路仔有糖食咁)我就知好快就会.................又要再整過啦!

我老公又係好鍾意食花生,不過佢最鍾意係costco既花生。
