興高彩烈地趕着回家.........
已急不及待地弄了這個,

失敗咗喇!

總之就好難食喺喇!

究竟問題喺边度呢???

我諗你用chiffon cake食譜會好, 鬆軟d...可能你隻綠茶粉太濃味呢...下次試下用抹茶粉, 無咁勁...個樣都唔錯, 繼續努力~

再接再厲 , why dont you try the separate egg method that whip egg yolk separately from egg white, then fold in . That way will be fluffy . It is like chiffon but not the ingredients~
