代表作

呢味咖喱豬皮蘿蔔牛丸魚蛋,

相信無人不曉...........

對每個香港人來說更可說是街頭小食的代表作,

特別是人在異鄉的你、我、她,

食落就更覺滋味無窮........

一個超簡單而又超滿足的一道菜,

烹調好一大煲.....好讓大家食過痛快呢!



今次用上日本的 House 咖喱樽.....

味道比 S&B 更佳,

Med.Hot 一啲都唔辣....但又不失咖喱味,

絕對是老少咸宜之選......




先將豬皮用薑䓤出水.....

豬皮好快熟....所以後下!



話咁快就有得食喇.....



下次買埋尤魚就更 perfect 喇!

呢煲咁正嘅咖喱豬皮蘿蔔牛丸魚蛋,

我哋足足食咗三餐先食得晒呢!

超滿足呢!

  1. It's sooo good ! Do they sell 豬皮 @ 99 Ranch ? You make me want to make this now !  They used to see a certain brand of "fish ball" in 99 Ranch that tastes very much like those in HK but not anymore. Hope it's just sold out and will have it again so I can make this yummy dish !
    [版主回覆03/10/2011 02:44:00]No they don't sell 豬皮 @ 99 Ranch....you can find it easily in Chinatown. I bought this fried fish ball at 99 Ranch....taste so good.  I don't remember which brand....but I can figure it out when I see it.

  10. 豬皮... I love it esp cooked this way! 
    BTW, many Mexican supermarkets sell fried 豬皮 in LA, and they are very good and fresh

  11. I would like to know if you need to soak the pork skin in water first, and for how long before you boil in hot water? Thanks.
    [版主回覆03/11/2011 13:40:00]I didn't count for how long to soak the pork skin, if you feel it is soft enough then it is OK to start boil in hot water. It probably 2 to 3 hours.....

  14.         唉,好可惜又睇唔到 啲相!         點解唔用咖喱醬煮呀,用日式咖喱磚煮味道好似差咁 啲喎!         乜「House」好味過「S &B」咩?我見個牌子唔係咁出名,唔敢買 嚟試呀!
